Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Recepflo account or using the Recepflo service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Recepflo, located at 16 Warbler Crescent, Papakura, Auckland 2110, New Zealand.

2. The Service

Recepflo provides an AI-powered receptionist that answers inbound calls on behalf of customers, books appointments, and delivers summaries and transcripts. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law; (b) record calls without consent where consent is required; (c) send spam or fraudulent communications; (d) infringe on the rights of others; or (e) reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.

5. Fees & billing

Subscription fees and usage charges are billed monthly in advance in New Zealand Dollars, exclusive of GST. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you and your callers provide. You grant Recepflo a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. AI output disclaimer

The Service uses AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and booking decisions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies to consumers acquiring the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recepflo's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 14 days of written notice. Recepflo may suspend or terminate immediately for misuse or non-payment.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
