Recepflo was founded in Papakura, Auckland with one mission: make sure no small business ever misses another customer because they couldn't pick up the phone.

Across New Zealand, more than 30% of inbound calls to small businesses go unanswered — every one of them a potential booking, sale, or loyal customer lost. Hiring a full-time receptionist isn't realistic for most operators, and traditional answering services feel cold and impersonal.

We built Recepflo to fix that. Our AI receptionist sounds warm, books appointments directly into your calendar, and works around the clock for less than the cost of a single shift.

We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the businesses we serve. Every feature we ship is shaped by feedback from real clinics, salons, trades, and service providers — many of them right here in South Auckland.
